Questions & answers

Planned opening: summer 2027

A first glimpse of Boutiquery. The platform is expected to open in summer 2027. Bookings and payments are not available today; planned features and terms will be detailed at launch.

What is Boutiquery?

Boutiquery is being developed as a curated marketplace for extraordinary experiences in Switzerland: spa days, culinary evenings, private ateliers, excursions and special occasions. Handpicked rather than endless, personally selected rather than arbitrary.

When will the Boutiquery platform open?

The platform is planned to open in summer 2027. A confirmed opening date has not yet been set. Until then, this First-Glimpse site introduces the categories; you can join the waitlist for a one-time launch notification.

Where in Switzerland will Boutiquery offer experiences?

The selection is intended to span Switzerland, between Lake Geneva and the Engadin. The first addresses in Basel and Zurich are coming on board. More locations will be added where experiences meet our selection criteria; not every region will be represented at launch.

How are experiences and partners selected?

Each address is personally visited and reviewed before inclusion. Quality, atmosphere and the people behind an experience matter more than the number of offers. Partners apply; Boutiquery decides on admission. The selection stays deliberately small.

What is planned for Boutiquery Signature?

Signature is intended for special formats developed by Boutiquery with selected providers. The experiences included and any exclusive booking arrangements will be stated in each offer at launch. No Signature experiences can yet be booked on this preview site.

Can I already book an experience in Switzerland?

Not yet. Bookings will open with the planned platform launch in summer 2027. The intended process is to choose an experience, date and party size, then book online. The precise process will be published at launch.

How will payments and prices work?

Online payment during booking is planned for the platform. No payments are accepted today. Prices, available payment methods and any fees will be shown transparently before completing a booking at launch.

Who will be my contractual partner for the experience?

The intention is for the provider delivering the experience to be your contractual partner, with Boutiquery acting as intermediary. The binding roles and the provider will be clearly identified before booking. No booking contracts can currently be concluded on this site.

Do I need a Boutiquery account now?

No. You do not need an account for the preview site or the waitlist. A personal account is planned for future bookings; details will be published with the platform.

How far ahead will I need to book an experience?

Booking deadlines and availability will depend on the experience and provider. Specific deadlines will be stated with each offer at launch. There are currently no bookable dates on this site.

What cancellation terms will apply?

Terms will depend on the offer and provider and will be displayed before booking. There are no current bookings to cancel. Binding rules for changes, cancellations and refunds will be published with the offers.

Will I be able to give an experience as a gift?

Experience gifts are planned for the platform, for example for a birthday or anniversary. Available gift and invitation formats will be announced at launch. Gifts and vouchers cannot currently be purchased on the preview site.

How will participation work on the day?

A future booking is intended to include the details you need about the meeting point, date and participation. The precise arrangements, including any booking or check-in confirmation, will be explained with each experience.

Are group or corporate experiences planned?

Yes, selected formats for small groups and special corporate occasions are planned. Options will depend on the partners and their capacity. You can email an early enquiry; this does not confirm a date or an offer.

moments@boutiquery.ch
Will I be able to save favourite experiences?

A personal collection for saving selected experiences is planned for the platform. This feature is not available on the First-Glimpse site. Account features available at launch will be announced then.

Can I book a hotel room through Boutiquery?

No. Boutiquery is not a hotel-booking portal. The focus is on the experiences themselves, such as a day spa or a culinary evening, independently of an overnight stay.

How can I apply as a partner in Switzerland?

Hotels, restaurants, ateliers and guides offering special experiences can already apply. Email partner@boutiquery.ch to introduce your offer. Each application is reviewed; an enquiry does not mean automatic admission.

How can I contact Boutiquery?

You can reach Boutiquery at moments@boutiquery.ch. Email us with questions about the selection, the waitlist or the planned summer 2027 launch.

Can I already enquire about a special request?

You can already describe a special occasion or idea by email. Individual formats are planned for the platform. Whether your request can be fulfilled depends on the offers and partners; an enquiry is not a booking.
